Review Workflow

How campaigns will be reviewed before going live

Review is how trust is protected before a campaign reaches contributors. This page previews the planned process — no real review happens today.

Preview only — no real review queue. No admin action is live, no approvals are made, and nothing is written to any database.

Why review matters

Contributors and builders both depend on campaigns being real, clear, and honest. Review is the step that protects that trust before a campaign goes live — checking identity, purpose, milestones, and disclosures, and keeping prohibited claims off the platform. It is meant to help good builders succeed, not to gatekeep.

Review stages

The planned path from builder profile to public accountability. None of these stages performs a real review or approval today.

  1. 1

    Builder profile created

A builder establishes their identity and focus. (Demo profiles exist today; no real verification.)

  2. 2

    Wallet proof-of-control planned

The builder would prove control of a Cardano wallet by signing a message — never by custody. Not live.

  3. 3

    Campaign draft submitted

A draft campaign — title, summary, story, and USD goal — is submitted for review.

  4. 4

    Funding model selected

The builder chooses a campaign type and the matching success-fee tier from the funding model.

  5. 5

    Milestones reviewed

Milestones and their evidence plan are reviewed so funds can release against proof of delivery.

  6. 6

    Safety / compliance check

A check for prohibited claims, risk disclosure, and fit with the platform's safety position.

  7. 7

    Publish decision

A reviewer decides whether to publish, request changes, or decline. No real decision is made today.

  8. 8

    Public accountability after launch

Once live, delivery and settlement are intended to be reported in public so trust is earned openly.

What reviewers check

A planned checklist applied to each campaign. It is illustrative — no campaign is reviewed today.

  • Clear builder identity

Who is behind the campaign, and is their identity legible?

  • Campaign purpose

Is what the campaign funds clear, specific, and credible?

  • Funding goal

Is the USD goal reasonable and well explained?

  • Milestone evidence

Are milestones concrete, with a realistic plan for proof of delivery?

  • Fee tier

Does the chosen campaign type and fee tier fit the work?

  • Risk disclosure

Are the relevant risks disclosed honestly to contributors?

  • No prohibited claims

No guaranteed returns, no false 'live' claims, no misleading promises.

  • Refund / return logic

Where applicable, is the return-on-shortfall logic clear and fair?

Milestones are checked against proof of delivery. See the milestone evidence preview for how builders will submit evidence and how reviewers and contributors will inspect it.

Current status

Preview only. There is no real review queue, no admin action is live, and no approvals are made. No authentication, no admin dashboard, and no database writes exist in this layer. This page describes intended process only — nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice. See status & roadmap and the campaign creation preview.
